When I'm setting up my business center, I have a list of categories to check, but when I check them (5 only) and then save them, they disappear. I also noticed that I'm not listed in any of the categories. I checked all the listings under Shopping and I don't seem to be listed there anywhere. With a shopping mall with over 60 brand name stores, I should be listed under the Shopping category, but I don't seem to be. Am I doing something wrong?

When you go to my profile what buttons if any do you see directly under my photo?

My industry selections are still being cleared out. Annoying. Not sure why if the script has been fixed.

While we're asking questions... And I'm embarrassed to ask this as I should know the answer by now, but how do you request to add someone to your contacts? I am on their profile and there is absolutely NO link or button to "add as contact" or "request contact add" or something. This isn't just one person, but A LOT of them where I don't see this option ... even on "big name" people he

That's what it was? everytime I went into my business center to tweak something then they would 'zero' out and need to be rechecked?

ohhhhh.....

glad it's fixed! I'll go re check to see if they're checked! (smile)

Hi Franto,

I know you have not made it up. It happens to me and it happens only when I get distracted in the middle of sending a reply and thecome back to it to finish it hence my saying it means you took too long.

As You are on my skype contact me there and we will see if we can figure out what is causing it. Then if we do we can post the answer here incase siomeone else has the problem as well.

this problem is not dependent on the time it takes to compose the message. It simply doesn't let me send a reply even to you ... I just tried it again!

This IS a REAL problem ... not one I have made up or being too slow to reply! :-)

hi Franto,
If you get that is means you took to long to write the message and click the send button.

When it happens just go back and replace the code showing in the box with the new code that will be displayed and resubmit.

This always works for me.

Another problem! When I try to send a message to another user, I constantly get this message:

"The auth code you entered is incorrect or timeout. - Please try again."

No matter how many times I try and try again ... I just get the same message!
What's the problem in this case?

When you edit your business center you have to recheck them. You will need to do this each time you edit. I have mentioned this small glitch to Kristian. And I will post, when I hear back from him. Enjoy the day, Lynn

All I can suggest is put in a support ticket on it as we have no permenant solution to offer as members
