Some Really Super Foods for Diabetics (A Response to Liz Barret), a new video for diabetics was released by Paul Thompson in a small press meeting here today.

It's about the relationship of diabetes and diet. As the general public knows, or have heard about somebody who is diabetic must eat and digest the correct foods at a certain time and have a good diabetes diet plan. This will entail that their blood sugar level remains stable. Fruit and vegetables are a need and must for the diabetic diet. The worst type of foods to eat are as follows; Salt, Sugar, Whole milk products, Red meat, Food with high fat content, Oily and fried food, Starchy foods, Coffee and tea, Foods with high glycemic index like bananas, breads, carrots, potatoes and white rice.

Speaking to media, Paul stated, " Yes, the new video is all about a healthy diet for one day, a day in a diet for a diabetic, this is from getting up to a healthy breakfast, to going to bed after a healthy supper, and all the meals in-between". Paul also mentioned to the media "That as long as people stick to a diet plan like this, patients will live a long and healthy life". He further added, "People, once they get used to the ingredients of a full diabetic diet, they can mix and match and become a lot more experimental".

Type 2 diabetes diet, is essential to the well being of an individual, also a good diabetes diet plan is, and can be delicious. Paul is going to release a number of the same type of videos to make people aware, not only to people have diabetes, but also friends and family of diabetics. These are some of the governing factors coping with diabetes. Everybody needs help at some point when living with a disease like diabetes. Its best if somebody close knows what to look for, if anything goes wrong.
