Beat That Belly Fat- 7 Ways to do it Right!
Tired of the pouch around your belly? Can’t fit into your favorite jeans thanks to that muffin top? Countless men and women regardless of age, size and body type fight an uphill battle with belly fat. Known as visceral fat, this layer of fat around the midsection not only affects self esteem or hinders sartorial choices, but is also a leading cause for several ailments like heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, etc.
no we should not diet. diets are too restrictive and requires us to cut off too many things which our body requires. also they are very expensive. it is all about healthy eating and a healthy approach.
There’s no getting around the fact that we are a prediabetic society with an obesity epidemic. While we do hate to bring these facts up in November, a month when most families give thanks over a rich meal and look forward to a lazy, indulgent holiday season. But this also happens be National Diabetes Month. And choosing the right food is crucially important to people with diabetes.
Diet is just a regime - a way and a choice. It might be good to find out what food is best for you, eat fresh food according to the season of the year. One of the most important issue is that you do not ove-indulge, over-eat. But, enjoy whatever you take.
we need to be sensible when we diet. do our research. sometimes as a society they can be blown away by every new study or theory that comes out. if we do a study of eggs and say they are bad for you because of the choloesterol we need to use common sense by asking how accurate are the studies taken? are they just opions or facts.
