many people seem to think that stuffing their content with keywords and phrases is an asset, and it isn't. Keywords and phrases shouldn't be used too much. Also quality content is key. If you have a site on affiliate marketing and are writing about something entirely different, you're going to have problems..................

I guess you need to focus more on your contents. Do not add those contents which has only keywords and SEO based. Make sure your contents should mean something to your users. They should be user-friendly and informative so visitor should stay on your articles and read.

Don't:
1. Large scale article posting
2. Low quality bookmarking
3. Forums signature
4. Low quality Directories
5. keyword spamming (30, 40 back links on same keyword)

Do's:
1. Web 2.0 with unique n quality content
2. Use 1 or 2 links per content
3. 3 or 4 contents post on different sites per week
4. Minimum 7 or 8 different keywords use on each URL
5. Blog post sharing on high bookmarking sites like linkedin, gplus, FB, twitter, delicious, reddit, stumbleupon and so on...

Panda update is related to the content of the site. If your site doesn't have relevant content or your site is image based than your site may be affected by Panda update.
