Why do everyday people settle for less than they deserve or need?

What I have found in life is that many and/or most people are lazy and will never expend their blood and guts into succeeding. The easy way rules their days

I have also found that many, many educated people feel that they have a degree/education so, this fact makes them entitled to success. Arrogance and laziness rule their days.

Once of my favorite sayings is from Calvin Coolidge. Of course, he was a Republican. ;--)

Art Crafty, I totally agree....I push myself to the limits just to see what happens incredibly I'm amazed often of the outcome...people get mad when I talk about it though, lol. Thanks

Most people don't realize that they can expect more of themselves and others. Instead they just take what comes their way.

I presumed everyday people think like that... not me! I don't have needs or desires.
