The chat is working.... the only issue is that most people you might see online might not be willing to reply or the chat indicator might not be visible or available on their browser, whereby they couldn't receive your chat message at the other end.
The owner of apsense popped in on Friday, July 3rd, which was when his name appeared in the chat box section at the bottom of the page. Being a connection and having been at apsense many years, I chimed in with a quick message to say Hi, hoping to actually have a chat about these issues.... sad to say, he never responded, one of the signs of someone who couldn't care less. Apsense seems to be abandoned by the admins. A number of features don't work.
I have some Talents that haven't been approved or rejected in over a year!
I suspect that the admin is disheartened that perhaps his site didn't achieve the goals that he initially set out to accomplish.
