The Power Lead System has both recurring commissions and high ticket affiliate commissions. This is one of the few higher paying affiliate programs that are still around.
It depends on your niche or your audience, It's really hard to pin down the best, With so many niches. My first one is going to be

2. Shopify: This eCommerce platform offers up to 200% commission on the first sale and a 20% recurring commission on subsequent sales. Yes, 200% that's right.
