I have a friend who has been on a Ketogenic program and has lost an enormous amount of weight. It is a Low Carb High Fat diet. LCHF. I have done some research myself and have acquired some information along the way and so it is one that I am going to try and get my weightloss down. I know exercise is also important, but I lack the motivation and that with my health, I am afraid that if I do go for walks I may not make it back home.
