What will it be called when the clock hits 12 in the noon...12 am or 12 pm ?

you can called it 12 o'clock or simply 12pm.

12 a.m. refers to midnight, and 12 p.m. refers to noon, looking at 12 as 0.

At exactly noon (12:00) it's simply noon. At 12:01 it's PM.
