Any ad claiming to be about a homeless, ex van-man or a bankrupt person making good has to be suspect. Especially if they claim that you can be become rich overnight following their system.
Ads from the heavy hitters trying to get referrals to win a contest (say for a new car) are also in my "annoying" list.
And what about OTO's (one Time Offers) that keep being repeated every time to open a site.
I am sure there are many more.
Any advertisement that requires me watch a video or enter my data before I have any idea about the product or price....
Our customers would run for the hills if we ever tried that tired schtick.

Yeah, pop-up videos are distractions as well as data consumers, for those who buy limited data.
But I'm really averse to ads that promise so much to lure the desperate solution seekers, either for wealth or health.
the websites where you try and close the site and it gives you a million different pop-up windows trying to prevent you from leaving where firefox bascially gives you the option to tick the box that says "prevent website from opening anymore popups" after two or three popup windows. Another thing that annoys me is when a website uses flash videos in general and the website is designed to be an advertisement. The only time when I want to see flash videos of any kind on any website is either a s
