Yeah! I agree with Joseph Doyle, "What are your greatest weaknesses?" As we tend to focus on our beneficial attributes rather than our shortcomings. It is actually hard because we still want to ensure that it will be a positive answer.

It's been many years since I have been to an interview, but it was the "where do you see yourself in 5 years" type questions that were always the worst
