I'll have to agree with Mr. Bergmann on this one. Expecting a TE to convert is like expecting your meal to cook and serve itself to you! Paid traffic? Well, I'd never, but, that's just me. As terrible as I am at SEO and as far as I am from a #1 ranking, I think the time that it takes me to get to #1 (if ever) would be spent more productively than waiting for people who don't give a knat's ass about my offer to click my "buy now" button! STRAIGHT UP!

Usually Traffic Exchanges are crap, same with safelists, there are only marketers trying to sell their own products, no one is buying, but all are advertising! You can use only paid traffic to get sales! Except for a few "Free Secret Traffic Sources" that the top marketers use. To see them, mybe you go to my profile and click on the website link!

I'm not sure that you could name just one Traffic Exchange that will build traffic and convert sales - It is more about using a combination of a few exchanges to be effective, as there are different variables to all of them. At the same time if you use traffic exchanges for marketing I would consider using Safe Lists as well and combine both these methods together.
