@Ghazanfar S. Might be the keyword selection is not done properly, because of which the website is not ranking in the first page of Google, or you might have created low quality backlink, or from the websites which are crawled very often.
So I will suggest you to do proper keyword research and build quality of backlink.

I have done on page optimization for my site, but i want to get my all pages on top 10 result in Google USA, i have used META TAGS, H1, ALT, Canonical Links, keywords density is .4% to .5% content, with 77,000 backlinks and Page Rank is 2.! what i suppose to do now! what am missing some thing..please help.....
