Post regularly, at least 2 or 3 times a week, don't just write clichés we've read everywhere, put some of your personality and experience in your posts. Promote your posts in different places. Create some pages on your blog for additional information and reference, and keep adding content to those pages as well.

Put an opt-in form to build your list.

I would say the BEST way to get readers for your blog (and not just visitors), is to be a reader of other blogs and leave comments that mean something.

traffic exchange is good but it would not be last longer, content is the key I would say.

You must have topics or contents that will interest readers. Some of these are: 1- About the latest trends on gadgets, apps, 2- About success stories of people who made money's and become rich, and how they did it. 3- Healthy benefits of foods. 4- How to avoid sicknesses, etc.
