It is very hard to define what is the meaning of Socializing on internet because what I have seen is copy pasting all around and very well said by Dr Don it is very rare a social site can work for everyone. I am member of several Social sites but the peace of mind which for me is necessary I get only at APSense.
What is best for 1 may not be the best for another. Second, not all sites are really pure social, some are a mix social and business and are often spam havens. Personally, with out a doubt, APSense is one of my favorites as attested by my month fees. I have 2 sites in development where I/we separate social and business - they don't mix well. Both are closely monitored for scams, spam and bots. Many programs such as HYIP's, drugs, pills etc. are not permitted to be promoted
