What happens when one page has two links to the same URL?

Most probably there will be no impact on twice the occurrence of one link in a same page, but Google will consider mostly the first anchor text

Google always point for unique content and high page rank. So as per my point of view if two links to the same url, then google goes in link which has high PR value

I think that is normal, or you can set no follow for it

I guess it does not have bad effect as i always make two links on on page. But the two links are different.
