Justin, your theory is feasible, but it won't work any better than most open communities online. A quick scan through the content on Yours.Org shows most of it is pure garbage that will bury any good content that someone tries to publish.
I think that they need to get rid of their point system and introduce payments in bitcoin. Example, it should cost 1 satoshi for each comment that the commenter makes. The poster should receive 1 Satoshi for each comment received on their post or article. People should be able to withdraw their earnings just like these 2 new social media platforms below.

is google treat spam of we submit article in apsense.com. i have submit article in apsense and create dofollow link in my article. what google treat with this links (spam or not spam)
Thanks Angie! Yes Warren, you can see successful quality control in action at a few article marketing sites where they are implemented ... no argument there!
@ Warren I can see what you mean and I agree with slowing down spammers but the reality is that most of the people who are spamming can afford lots of credits so I don't think it would stop or slow down anything.
@Franto I do like your idea of quality control because that is something that would work because it would put article publishers at a higher standard.
Warren, with proper quality control software the rating would be totally automatic. Contributors should earn their ratings by producing some quality postings first or be limited in what they can do for free ... asking for credits will not fix this problem properly - it's not a smart solution, if you ask me ...
@Franto that may be true, but 200 credits to post would at least slow down the spammers who are used to doing it free. Your suggestion is great, but it would require massive manpower with no revenue to support it.
It would be better to use real quality control methods on both, the contributors and the articles, to get them rated. Other good article marketing sites know how to do it well ... asking for any number of credits to post articles and expect it will do any good, is just plain silly ... that's my point of view!

Do you think the price is fair? Do you think the article volume will go up, down or stay the same? What result will it have on the activity here?

as a member since 2008, I see no problem with paying 20 credits but agree that maybe 200 would reduce spam.

I guess we will never know without trying and I doubt if either one will happen.

Doing the daily missions pretty much covers the cost of credits which makes it free, just takes time to complete the tasks but it is worth it.

Agree with Cindy, 100% - Promotes participation to a certain degree and detours most from posting nonsense.
