Apologies for my earlier comment as Rob is quite right that credits cannot be converted to cash... but for different reasons there is quite clearly displayed Apsense earnings in a monetary value $ and cents on my home page...
APSense Credits can NOT be converted into cash - not directly at least! -, but you may use them to create Campaigns for site(s) / affiliate page(s) paying for visits and turn them into Money that way.
