Its the real world we live on, its not just about the online business anyone is on, but physical people do not know what you are capable of even though it can changes something, the simple perspective is when you do it and they notice the change them it become relevant.
The moral of the star fish story: "Is that one person CAN make a difference in the world we live on." The general conciseness is that people don't believe that one person change anything. That being said, all morals taken from the story are correct. It's a perspective.
The mode of work i do, motivates me to do more & flourish more in cooperation with staffs & employees. I believe the motivation level shouldn't get diminish in life rather it should bring spark positive in us.

I'm not exactly sure why but it reminded me of a story I heard awhile back about a man on the beach, walking the shore where thousands of star fish were beached.
As often as he could, he would bend over, grab one and toss it back into the ocean. After a bit, a stranger who was watching him approached and asked what he was doing with such dedication.
He replied that the star fish will dry up and die if I don't toss them back.
Great i took the time to read this over and over again, in a simple form we are humans with pursuit of greatness. Only people with the inner eyes sees through what you shared sir. Thanks i learned something from that, and thats an everyday purpose of my life. To learn and learn as long as i can because no knowledge is ever lost.

No matter what I do or want to do if people aren't evolved in some way it becomes useless so since I started working with the source (people) it has been a non stop motivation source....some people bring me down but that turns into an overwhelming motivation to never go down that road again and others seem to lift me up when I bring myself down.
