Eat in portions and in small intervals. Do not have just 3 big meals and done. Include local fruits and veggies in your diet. Include herbs, superfoods as well such as basil, ginger, garlic, lemon, honey to avail anti-oxidants, and critical nutrients. Avoid junk foods, colas and caffeinated drinks.
