Since it's a UK-based company, you have tons of rights. There's an excellent guide here: moneysavingexpert.com / shopping/how-to-complain (URL chopped up so I can post it!) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has guidelines and processes.

You can go to Homestead .com and build your own website for FREE! Once it is built BEFORE you publish it you can go and pick out a domain name for FREE for a year! This is not a scam!! I do not make money telling you about this. After a year you only pay $4.99 a month for three pages and your domain and hosting. You can pick a domain thats either .com, .net, .org...etc its actually pretty amazing. If you go in my articles it tells you all about it. This is the first website that I have found tha

There is no point reporting them to Google, since the search engine doesn't care unless they're breaking Google rules. Find out who owns them and where they are based, then report them to their national trading standards organisation.

Warn them first, though. You'd be surprised how much effect an email can have if it explains what you want and what you'll do if you don't get it. Be polite, state your case, give them 7 days to reply, then report them to everyone you can think of (including onlin

Owning a domain will not generate much money very quickly: it generally takes 3-6 months to get decent traffic, even with lots of SEO work. Generating income from your own domain is a long-term prospect, no matter what anyone tries to tell you... unless you intend to use black hat or invest an enormous amount in advertising. For short-term earnings, you'll (almost) always be better off doing work for other people.

Keep sending emails. Keep pushing. Send emails to their helpdesk, their info address, their applications people, their marketing people, the boss, the domain contacts (you can get those from a WHOIS) and anyone else you can find. If you ask enough people, you'll eventually embarass them enough that they'll do it. Or, if they don't, you can report them to their national trading standards organisation and post negative reviews all over the Internet.

The same way you would ask for anything, I would imagine. I don't understand why you have difficulty asking for something they promised.

"Please give me my domain."
"Can I have my domain, please?"
"This course includes a domain name. Please transfer ownership to me."

If you are asking how to obtain a domain, you can buy one from any of the major registrars - Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc. You can also get very cheap hosting from a large variety of companies. Once you have the domain name and hosting, point the domain's nameservers to the hosting and you can start building your site.

Most large web hosts offer easy setup packages, usually containing a domain name of your choice, cheap hosting and a site builder (or automatic installs of free software like WordPres
