@Vijay Sir , Suppose you make an article post on any website and it doesn't crawl or Index by Google, How it may be Beneficial for your website for which you post it?
It's not beneficial to take Do-follow links from that site which is no more index in Google, If any website no more index in Google like Apsense then there is no benefit to take any type off link from this site.
Add only a "noindex" tag: when you don't want a search engine to index your web page in search, but you do want it to follow the links on that page -- thereby giving ranking authority to the other pages your page links to.
