I believe Napolean Hill statement is true until a person becomes wise enough to understand EVERYTHING has a price. It just may not be monetary.

In many cases it is true. If you offere something of value for free, people do not believe that it is valuable, because it does not cost anything. If you pay for something, even if it is little money, it seems to ve more valuable.
