Like Yoda I write for people. The only seo I do is giving a page a descriptive title, name pictures in the post, ad meta description and keyword phrased and when I can I link to other relevant articles in the post. I think that sharing content with different descriptions on social media helps also

I agree with Yoda and I have posted an answer that says essentially the same thing on another question thread.

in my opinion, the best way to SEO a site for long term sustainability, based on constants rather than cheap tricks to get temporary, short term prop-ups to the number one spot on google, is to tailor your content to human readers and not to computers. The only exception is with meta tags and other advanced, behind the scenes stuff that end users don't see which search engines do, other than that, you should do pretty well in the search engines by tailoring your content to human readers as long

Great news, Chuck. I presume that is the result of providing useful, interesting and unique content on you site(s).

Radix, these all sound like good steps to improving the experience of anyone out to generate the best possible results from a search query. I know it will not sit well with those people who seek to make an income from providing an SEO service based on these outdated and questionable processes. As far as affecting my site(s): That I don't know because I have not checked, and I have also been quiet on those sites recently.

Panda squashed bad content. Penguin froze low-quality links. And now, did Hummingbird eat link building?
