Ah, LeadsLeap - I'd joined in 2008 but had forgotten all about it until I saw this thread. I went and reactivated my account. Lots of improvements since I last visited.

IBO toolbox is another good site too, which gets a ton oftraffic from outside sources and is a must have for those serious about online marketing.

In terms of quality of traffic and for those based in EMEA and Canada, then MAP is an excellent way to advertise as well, possibly the best on the net.

As the name suggests its a site where you can post lots of ads, without fear of them being deleted.

I couldn't help but notice our poster has not responded to any of those who took the time to write a response to this question. The first response is dated June 2, which is well over a week ago. I think it's rude to ask a question, have a whole bunch of people respond and then you have not the decency to say thanks or respond in any way whatsoever... There are quite few websites similar to Apsense. You could look at Adlandpro.com, adpost.com, advertigo.net. These are free sites as well as upgrades.

To me IBOToolbox seems good. And LeadsLeap too. Another ones that come to mind are AdLandPro and AdvertisingKnowHow. Also check out Ryze and forums.digitalpoint.com , none is like Apsense though; they are different and yet similar too! :)

Some of the website also accepting article like Apsense doing. But apsense have some unique features also. So I like to prefer Apsense for posting article, updates and many more.
