@Josh - As Bruce explained, the answers with the most "likes" are moved to the top. I agree that it throws the flow of conversations out of gear and addles the casual browser's brains. Therefore the admin should do something about it so that the flow is maintained.

Yes! Definitely Money Powers Make any Man Become Evil. I have personally experienced That When a Man Become Rich, He does not care of Others Emotion, Respects, Values etc. When Money Speaks A Man Does not have control on their Behaves & attitude. He want to buy everything from the Money.

Sure thing Josh, questions are not intended to be "discussions" really, so the idea is the answer with the most "likes" appears first. Because of that posts that are liked in questions, are moved to the top and the flow of conversation gets screwy.

I don't think it is for ALL evil but definitely some of it. Nice one Mr. Mason, that is until the ants say enough is enough.

Sharon, I wonder, in a world without money, would there only be a few ants and lots of grasshoppers, like in the fable? :)

What an interesting question, with some great replies! I did not remember that quote by G.B. Shaw. A lot of times, people will misquote what originally came from the Bible, by saying "money is the root of all evil." But here's what was said - it's found in 1 Timothy 6:10 - "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things, and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains." So to answer your questio

Of course the lack of money is not the root of all evil, in fact just the opposite is true. Its not the lack of money that is the root of all evil, and its not the lack of money that creates crime. In fact I would go so far as to say there has never been one crime committed on this earth that was committed due to lack of money - however it may appear that way if you don't think the logic all the way through.

The truth is its the NEED for money that is the root of all evil. Money itself isn't e

@Philippe - I too am wondering about the negative vote. I ask a question that can eradicate world poverty and some poor lost soul comes along gives me a thumbs-down. It seems you can't please everyone nowadays!
