The boss of any company is the reflection of its workers. Always we will have bad and good ones. The problem is to solve the conscious way of collaborative actions between leaders and workers. Both cannot survive as alone entities.
Companies are usually owned by one or several, depending what kind of company. Not all bosses are bad either, sometimes, they have no clue of whats happening on the background. That doesnt make them bad, only naive ;)
Companies are a vision of the business owner/CEO or the director for that matter. Heads/Bosses are the backbones of the company. They are the ones who should guide juniors and help them grow along with the company.
I have been working since 4.5 years in Digital Marketing & SEO fields, But I have no more companies and more bosses experienced. I didn't more change companies. So i think maximum companies are good, but some bosses are not good.
