you have done the hardwork your self and your team is doing my friend it is not who does the hard work ir is that hard workmis sine quo non of any success who does it immaterial a battle is fought by commander on the hard work of HIS soldiers ha ha ha by thw way HOW IS YOUR BACK?? get well soon ha h aa thank u I lie Your comments ha ha ha
Vps Malhotra, it is funny that you say that as I have been dealing with back problems until now...I had to depend on my team to run my business as I did and they use to complain why I drove them so hard but the last few months or so they got it...it was much harder than what they thought and now they enjoy the break that I'm back (no pun intended).
David Morgan, I agree on the motivation and attitude but if someone is in an unendurable task then they need to move on from it if there are other options and most everyone has other options. Thanks
That's a very relative question. A lot depends on one's motivation & attitude. A desk job may seem a very painstaking and unendurable task to someone more attracted to field based hand-on type tasks and vise versa.
Well, it depends on how you would manage your time on working, cause sometimes working hard could really make you focus on one only thing and that is your work you would forget to have some fun as well, and enjoy life. So as for everything should be balance.
Kishor Meswani, if you listen to others what you are doing isn't possible they would melt or something if they did what you're doing...the world is becoming lazy and make more excuses for it everyday. I believe I can take a hard worker and train him/her to be millionaire the rest of his/her life in a few years but I probably can take a smart person and make them a millionaire in six months but I would have to baby sit them for the rest of my life. Thanks
Rahul Pal, that's what I do and people don't get it but I don't get people who don't do what they love...so its me with the problem, I know but this is one problem I will always have.
