If your site is still indexed in Google then your site is not suffering from any form of penalty which is the first thing to check. As far as i am concern the only rational reason for a drastic drop in Google ranking, for a site that is not penalized, is if you are losing backlinks to your site.

This may be part of the problem with your ranking.

I have checked in webmaster, there is no penalty & site indexed as well.
