What sounds to good to be true, is determined by you. So therefore, we must do our best to investigate before going into a business venture. Some sound too good and is good. We must be watchful..and then sometimes we make wrong decisions. But we learn and move on.

At age 73, as for me abandoned, abuse in many ways, an 8th grade dropout and a top 5% success story in many ways - I wouldn't be on a scam avoidance online while doing business campaign, - If I had used the "common sense" (due diligence) approach online, that I taught so many others to use offline

Ok There's a lot of talk about 'common sense' but where does that common sense come from? a person isn't born with it! Common Sense is building foundation that we acquire with our life's journey and experience...we try to pass that on to others with our wisdom yet it would seem most would try and be burnt before accepting another's advice. And then there's the saying 'once bitten-twice shy'
I agree Dr. Don, I never get involved in get rich quick opportunities so the first thing I do is close the tab on my browser... :) I have been around for many, many moons and have tried to live the dream on more than one occasion and come up with nothing but empty promises and dreams. Sooner or later you learn a very valuable lesson and start getting real. You learn, you build, you learn some more and build some more and before you realize it you are on your way to understanding what it really t
Common sense yes, but isn't that why scams succeed, because a person's common sense is overtaken by a person's emotions to find a short cut to success online?
For most if it is too good to be true, it is probably not certainly fits. First is to get control of your emotions, reason and weed out the hype, do your own due diligence. Nothing about the internet is overnight or an immediate cures for your financial ills. It is a business and must be treated like a business.
You must seek for a second opinion if it's proven or not.. Sometimes hearing some good stuff we think that it's good but there's a bad side about it though.
