Depends on your keyword phrase. If you find a good one, buy the .com and then load a wordpress blog on it. From there, start writing quality content using the keyword phrase and I think you may be surprised how fast you can get it on the front page. Is it 100%, no nothing is, but my approach has never been affected by their weird changes and animals like Penguins? :-)
