Do lots of cardio exercise and reduce refined processed carbohydrates. Don't do ab-crunches these will make the muscles under your fat stronger but they will not get rid of the body fat. You will then look worse with bigger muscles under layers of fat! All round exercise for an all over lean body is best.

I did only two exercises and it is exactly for one month. Just lift your legs up in the air by lying down flatly with your back in the floor. Hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and then lie down relaxly. Repeat it for some more time daily.

Well the best way to reduce Belly fat at home, is to eat more frequently and to eat smaller meals. Also, you must not eat too much chocolate (because it is a cholesterol heaven), and other fat-giving food, and exercise as much as you can on dayly basis. I recommend jumping a rope, doing pushups, pullups, abbs... You will see the results for about a month ;)
