Well the best way to reduce Belly fat at home, is to eat more frequently and to eat smaller meals. Also, you must not eat too much chocolate (because it is a cholesterol heaven), and other fat-giving food, and exercise as much as you can on dayly basis. I recommend jumping a rope, doing pushups, pullups, abbs... You will see the results for about a month ;)
