Drinking water and eating raw vegetables and increasing fruit intake and lowering your bread and starch intake will give you results.
Don't forget to exercise 30min of cardio a few times a week will get you results I lost 60 pounds in 7 months doing this

Do sit-up every morning and night before going to bed.
Also, eat foods rich in fiber content (e.g. oat meal, apples).
Drink water before meals as it would deceive your belly to feel it's full.
These are the things i do to stay fit...
