The number is a link, click that and it will take you to a page showing the honor points you have earned.
At the end of that page, just below your total honor points, you will see "Note: Honor points are updated weekly. Learn more about Honor Point, please click here."
Click the "click here" link and it will take you to a wiki page explaining all about the honor poin
