I use 2 sponges, one for obvious problems, and throw it away about once per month
The other is for the germs we cannot see, but know are there.
This one we boil upon use and it easilty ls lasts about a month

Weekly 2-3 times we change it. It's good for us I think so...

I use the net to wash the dishes, and every 2-3 weeks it breaks and has to be replaced with a new one
