I love my cat and he always listens to me even though he is semi-feral. He bounces on me to wake me up when he gets hungry and he behaves just like a child would. Animals will give you absolute joy and love in return for what you give them. Would you love a cruel person if they abused you?
There are many who are cruel to there pets and use them as objects, fighting, etc. I operate an exotic bird rescue and took in 181 parrots this past year. Birds and other exotic animals are quickly becoming an issue as we not have the experienced Vets to care for them. Our current economy has also caused our pets to go hungry, negeleted and not properly taken care of as individuals are not able to meet the cost of the medical needs for their animals, so they suffer.
How can anyone be cruel to innocent creatures? People who torture animals are nothing but sick, full of complex, low intelligence morons. They should be punished without a question.

My Leads Call Me
I have 2 cats and 1 dog. We have anywhere from 4 to 12 squirrels we feed each day plus the birds.
We love them all and treat the cats and dog just like family.
