How do you monetize your website or blog ?

I am Monetize my site and blog with Google Adsense and some affiliate programs.

I agree Adsense is good..but be cautious and NOT overload.
I prefer Paid ads by people who want to advertise on our sites.
That way WE get the 100% of the incomes and not a "residue" from Google or anyone else.
Never been a fan of "residual income"./..
Why not be the person who OWNS the asset?
