It's mainly about working hard and proving to people you're serious about it, and stretching yourself and learning. The mistake a lot of actors make, particularly young ones, is allowing themselves to feel that they're the finished articles, the bee's knees, and it's not true.
You are welcome Roman, I also do appreciate your straight forward insights and advice. I will really put that into consideration as things progress, most especially to get better results. Thank you too ...Have a wonderful time... :)
Thanks for your understanding, Ayojide! 98% of failoure isn´t my statistics. I wouldn´t believe to it if I wouldn´t know that it is nearly the same in the real world. When you involve pure survival in this percentage, it can be quite realistic number... It´s hard to believe that I really don´t need referrals but I´ve spent about 10 years to reach such kind of independancy. Social portals are just informational sources for me. The most of the time, they tell me what I shouldn´t be doing to
Very helpful contribution friends, i think we all get the idea in our different ways, and @Warren.... The "keep doing something even if it's wrong" .....made me chuckle, thanks...
All good points, but let me add another aspect. Random and even paid sign-ups rarely pan out. You get better results if you talk to your potential referrals, get to know them and then decide if they might benefit from your program. Then, once they DO join, help them to earn money by leading them to the best methods and instructing them in what works for you
Ok ..... I didn't say relying on people!..... Nice analysis Roman.....sound and simple enough.. if you say 98% fail?.. the left over 2% is like none at all with the number of people out here hunting for opportunities online... wow......so it's like we might just be playing with precious time or chasing program /product shadows...hehe.... I can understand and I am obviously not disputing your contribution. Maybe some people don't need experience, benefits, promised improvements, evidence and stat
Oh, to rely on the people? Hmm... The majority of people use the next business building sequence: The product or program > The traffic > The people. This is 98% fail formula.
Who needs experience, benefits, promised improvements, evidence and statistics,
when people have the last position in the sequence written above? So, maybe we can see where is the point Ayojide, but only with better understanding.
Roman S. has a good point, but there are hardly programs without referrals, I suggest from experience to follow up your downlines, show your them the benefits of that program and evidence to proof that it is working for you. This improves activeness of the people you recruit, although some still do not function at all
Sorry, it is like mission impossible... Probably, it is better to be involved with the programs where you do not need referrals. When your money makes money, it is your best business partner - many times.

The simple answer is keep doing something even if it's wrong. Good decisions come from experience and experience comes from bad decisions corrected.
