Create a facebook page , create a social network for your church, create a list for your church, use bulk sms for your church, create affiliate program and give freebies - church materials like tracts as rewards, etc

It depends if you want to market/advertise your church to attract new members to your worship services or do you want to sell services to the members of the church? I suppose both will work if you understand your product service & target audience.
