NO, its free. Just go to your account setting option then tick the Email Preferences option "Receive an email of solo ads or rewards for you." to activate it. After activation you will get random solo ads email to your email box. you just need to visit those links to earn money @Alex

Hi amit..to activate solo ads..there is a fee? uploading videos in youtube and dailymotion they pays from those ads they display..its free to apply too..no need adsense anymore...all the best.

Don't know how to earn cash balance but you can earn credit balance by clicking on Ads.

Activate solo ads for your account, then APSense will send you ads link, you just need to click those links to earn money. Thanks,
