I usually do a really good kickboxing routine and just punch and kick it out. Then I am good and ready to deal with people. Or some yoga...yoga is good...or some long lost meditation...with relaxing music. Depends on what upset me...
Well if we don't realize then it's not intentional, is it? But we do lash out at people intentionally when we're in a bad mood because in some perverse way it makes US feel better.

I think Lisa got me right and yes, Faii I am sticking to my point.I only go rude intentionally for 'good reason' to deal bad people and agree , sometimes hurt my beloveds and near ones 'unintentionally' due to 'bad mood' and I regret that thoroughly till I make them love me again unconditionally.There goes the LIFE!
I think we all do sometimes. And not always for good reason. Sometimes we do and say rude things simply because we're in a bad mood and want to take it out on someone.

yes, in fact more than one time, also do not mind confessing that done rude sometimes intentionally because that was necessary.When people take unwanted advantage of you and pretend innocent ,I find them creepy!
I make sure that my behavior should go at par and be called the rudest!!! One thing I hate the most is the hypocrisy and my worst attitude goes on full swing with sweet looking , sugar mouthed hypocrites!
