Planning my next set of future goals reminds me anything is possible when you apply your mind to it. I enjoy setting short, moderate and long term goals (my way of continuing to have a future, something to look forward accomplishing). :D I find this very exciting, not depressing or worrisome.

Good question.... I would say no I do not get depressed or worried when I plan for future... it is always based on the statistics and execution and always have plab B is something goes wrong....and I believe what you do today is refleact in your future.
Planning is important as a road map to the end result.
And everything we plan for should be in our Power.
And we do not WORRY about anything that is not in our Power, so one should never be worried or depressed. Most is Socially induced.
And if WE believe in self we DO NOT need acceptance form anyone else
The depression is something that can be Changed by a Repeated Self Talk. Positives will over come Negatives. We have the power to change the way our mind has been trained, we will need to talk differently and take action with Positive Self Talk. Speaking positive will overcome all depression. What we think about we bring about....
There is no future, it is just - today. When you are worried or depressed today, you will transfer your thoughts and feelings ( mind energy ) to the day after and maybe to many days after today aswell. Do a little test for better understanding: When today would be your last day of your life, would you be worried and depressed? How many people would be peaceful and happy? Not many...Only those who´ve realized that tommorrow is just a consequence of today!
