Does anyone get sales from the talents pages?

Till now I don't have success with this,maybe from now, who knows :)

Haven't made any sale from my talents till now :( though I put up a few of my talents for quite some time

Everyone else thanks for the input. To those getting buyers, are you actively advertising your talent page, or are people finding you on their own?

I'm in. In the past, i sold 1 Talent. Now, i have another one, and i'm waiting for the profit! We must advertise more and more, for trafic and results!

We performed the Talent Audit because we had a team that was new to the region and we had no idea what their skill sets were. We ran their scores against several competencies, and we were able to create individual course curricula to address areas where they scored high and low. This became part of an accreditation program where they are completing courses to develop their specific skill sets to be a successful manager in the field.
