Be your own boss entails hardwork and preserverance as income is unstable and hours are long. On the other hand, one gets self fulfillment as you have autonomy in doing what you feel is best for your biz and the decisions produce results.

@Tracy it is important to have a specific goal and go for it and not be afraid. In the world is really very few people who started a business and succeed right from the start. Try to ask someone for the first six months or a year. Usually it happens that people run out of money, and it drives them to seek employment again. If you really need money, find something for a while, but never forget your goal. Do not listen to people who say that it does not or you're crazy. I know this from my own exp

It sounds like it would be great only there is the lonesomeness of working at home and the fact that at a job you'll get a pay check but online or on your own you'll spend money with the hope of making commissions. So I think for the average person having a job is better then being your own boss. Of course, like me, I'm my own boss with an online business and I'm broke and looking for a job

To each is own. I preferred to be my own boss considering what I have dealt in the past. There is few exceptions to the rule if you have a reasonable then I don't have any quarrels about that.

To Be or Not To Be Your Own Boss takes supporters who give honest feedback. Being your own boss means that you (me) have final say about what and which direction the business goes.

Be Your own Boss is always welcome but it has so many responsibilities. One has to succeed in all of them.

It is actually harder because You are the one, that everything falls on Your Shoulders and
it is easier because, You can set Your own hours and You are always home, to help take care of Your family and there, is such a Blessing in working from Home and For Your Self knowing, that You have the Freedom to make the best decisions for Your family and Your Life.

I think it depend on the individual..... Some people are self motivated and others are not. Most people want to be their own boss but if they are ones that need guidance and direction the chance of them making a go at their business are off to a rock start from the get go..
On the other hand if a person has a take charge mind set and is able to see clearly ahead and do not quit when things don't turn out as planned... they has a very good chance of being able to have a JOB that they are in char

Being your own boss is great you don't punch that time card you don't have to report to someone else or earn them money you can set your day to go your way, just great being your own boss but on the other hand having a boss relieves you of the headaches associated with upper managment. A boss has many things they have to keep control of, bosses are the one that gets the flack when things mess up in the business they work for. You might get fired but you don't have to listen to the rantings of
