Just curious, do you dream in color or black and white?
mount of sleep is not as critical as the quality. If you are satisfied with Self at end of day, your sleep time will be more beneficial...
So HOW you react during the day will affect the quality of your sleep.
1. Don't assume too much daily.
2. Focus on the relevant tasks,
3. Take several short breaks
5. Eat at least 5x's daily
6. Spend some of the day helping others.
7. Condition to say please and thank you a lot.

Yes, I have enough sleep. 5-6 hours. plus during lunch break, I nap 30minutes. We need enough sleep, for us to be healthy and strong to perform our duties well.
I work mostly afternoon/evening shifts with the occasional morning shift thrown in following a late shift so my sleep patterns are all messed up. I get anywhere between 5 and 7 hours of sleep per day. It's sometimes not near enough sleep so, when I need some extra energy, I drink Verve. It's a healthy energy drink that doesn't give the usual spike and crash that the other ones, like Monster, do.
