I also do exercise regularly 10 to 15 min daily.

I do exercise regularly each day - I do 15 min of stretches, 20 min of kettlebell, 20 min on rowing machine, 10 min on mini trampoline and some days 10 min of bike and 20 min of treadmill. And I still have tons of medical issues!!
