I agree with Surender. The best technique I use to stay focused on on what I want in my life is visualization and affirmations. As the saying goes: " Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, he can achieve" - important to notice the believe part. Believe what you want is already yours, and you will receive it!
Surender is right. He's right at what he said. Most of the people do sped their time focusing on things that are not important. That's the reason why rich is rich poor is poor. It is just a guessing and i'm not blaming anyone here.....
Definitely, our subconscious part of the brain play a crucial role in manifesting whatever we want to, but as most of us are stuck up with those negative thoughts and spend most of our time focusing on things which we don't want in our life, we make our lives miserable. But is can be changed for good!
