It seems there are no scam programs on the net when I read the comments,oh god I mean there a more programs what scams as normal programs ! All high risk programs will sooner or later scam you ! The greatest scam program was Richochet Riches ,I lose there thousands of $ ! I know only 1 admin was is trustful with high risk programs ! How I should call a program where your money is in a "pending list" since nearly 3 months ? And from all the small amounts I want mention ,cause there are too much p
I never got scammed because ever since I went online I never joined any scheme that required payment to join. I sign up for infoproduct-based affiliate programs that do not require any payment for joining/signing up. I have earned reasonably well by way of commissions from these affiliate programs. It's a fair system - you become an affiliate, promote the programs ethically (no spamming etc.), get paid when you generate sales. My favourites are "instant pay" affiliate programs that pay instantly
Dr Don, sorry to hear that. I guess it's comforting to know that I am not alone. It's just frustrating that's all. It really killed my site and I had to start all over. =(
Dr Don, I also do my research as well. I typically go through sites like IMreportcard, verify site's existence and info at whois.com, scammer-alert.com or real simple is to Bing it. Right now I am not a fan of Google so I won't mention to google anything. I don't trust the HYIP raters because I think they're manipulated (meaning the HYIP people are probably in on it).
Some responses here seem to be talking about being scammed in a big way. There are so many little ways that scams are set up that it would be difficult for anyone active online not to be affected in some way.
Like the mini-workers who are encouraged to create fake IDs to deceive others into thinking that they from another country, or to hide their IPs when completing tasks that involve getting paid for creating clicks from their own sites/profiles.

Nick, Good rule of thumb, you are not likely to get paid from any site site that offers anything more that $0.50 per read or click, and forget all the signup bonuses and free gifts.

Thanks Lisa, I disregard HYIP raters since most any site that promises more than 0.5% to 1% per day is likely a ponzi and shortlived
