Technical Training and Computer Hardware

Just hold the function key down and press the Print Screen button. This puts your screen image on your clipboard and from there you can paste into other applications such as MS Word PowerPoint and others.

By pressing Print Screen button on your keyboard. Windows Program copy the screen Image to clipborad. You just need a program like Paint, Printshop or Adobe Photoshop to paste the screen image.

I think most of these peoples already answer your question, I just want to add some opinion using the in built prt scr button. Try to using it by holding shift button or ctrl button, then you can see the different result when you paste it ( ctrl-v).

the simpleast way to take my desktops picture is print screen just press print screen button open your paint press Ctrl + V and save the picture. its all you need thats done.
