Yes, you can make money from Clickbank.
You FIRST must determine whether there is a demand for the product and if people will actually buy it.
How you ask? Buy it YOURSELF, test it... If it's useful and works for you others will most likely buy it.
Only then do you start to Advertise the product, no-one wants to by junk.
You have a marketplace with lots of products to choose from.
I have tried using Clickbank for a decade and made a few sales, but like Cindy said they all get eaten up in fees. I have pretty much written them off as a way for me to earn enough to even count.
Help me, Peter van Rensburg.... how do you compare Clickbank with Paypal? That's like comparing a Toyota with a can of oil... the one serves the other, they're not in competition with each other.... and I notice you call yourself an affiliate marketer?
Thank you for all the contributions, dear friends. I think the key is to find the correct audience and yes, massive traffic.....
@Rose Lee... the name, Clickbank, has nothing to with how to use it....
I have to agree with you Brian.... I have seen much the same results.. But what really peeves me at Clickbank is what you have to do before you get paid.... Almost as if you have to stand on your head while holding your left leg off to one side... and you only able to use 1 hand!
I know many people who worked for years trying to be paid and their commissions were eaten up while waiting for that magic number to appear in the correct order!
@Rose Lee. Not sure if you are asking me a question - but, before and in between the clicking and making sales, a lot more activity takes place. On the internet, in order for anyone to see your offers i.e products or services, they need to click a URL or Link, as you know. As an affiliate however, you are assigned a unique URL so that potential buyers, subscribers etc can be linked to your unique URL and making a purchase. Hope that helps
Over the past 2-3 years as an Affiliate I have. Though not what I would consider much, nor has it been easy. I find that in comparison to other affiliate networks you have to generate tons more traffic for CB. For example imagine at CB I once generated something like 40,000 hops over a few months just for 1 sale, maybe the product was rubbish, maybe someone can enlighten me on what I may have been doing wrong.... None-the-less, compare that to say 2000, hops with another program and generating 4

I find it also difficult to make any sales on Clickbank.
I always thought that i am doing something wrong and that's why i have no sales.
